Mural Price List
Sleepypants Murals offers many options for spicing up your child’s room, or any other room of your home or business—from a simple wash, to faux finish, to word art, to full originally designed custom murals. Sara Kay’s main goal is to provide children and adults with comfortable and inspiring environments to help them relax and cultivate their imagination and creativity.
Sleepypants decorative painting services are priced based on the technique that will be used. Below you will find a chart containing Sara Kay’s base prices for each of the muraling and decorative painting techniques that she uses. All prices are of course subject to change based on the conditions of the project.
The Following Are Sara Kay’s Base Prices Per Technique
| Basic Wash | Includes washes, textures, clouds, etc. | $8 per square foot |
| Faux Finish | Patterns such as marble, wood, or stone | $11 per square foot |
| Geometrics | Word art, plaids, and other geometric designs | $15 per square foot |
| Original Mural | An original mural concept designed by Sara Kay | $18-25 per square foot, plus a $45 initial scale rendering |
